How to reach us
Call (336) 388-6364. That number reaches Winston-Salem Water Damage Restoration directly, any hour of the day.
Our office is at 4410 Wallburg Rd A, Winston-Salem, NC 27107, on the southeast side of the city. We cover all of Winston-Salem and nearby Forsyth County. If you're outside that area, call anyway and we'll tell you if we can get to you.
What to have ready when you call
None of this is required, but it lets us give you better answers on the first call:
- The property address and the best callback number
- Where the water came from, if you know: pipe, appliance, roof, drain, or outside
- Whether the source has been stopped
- Which rooms and levels are wet, and what the floors are (carpet, hardwood, vinyl, tile)
- About when it started or when you found it
- Whether the house is on a crawl space, basement, or slab
- Whether you own the property, rent it, or manage it
- Any health concerns in the household that affect how we should work
What happens after you contact us
We talk through the situation
We ask the questions above and tell you what to do right now: where to find the shutoff, what to move, and what to stay away from.
We schedule or dispatch
For active water, sewage, or anything getting worse, we send a crew as an emergency. For stable situations, such as an old stain or a musty smell, we set an inspection time that works for you.
We inspect and give you a written scope
On site we check for hazards, take moisture readings, and explain what needs to be extracted, removed, and dried.
We do the work
Extraction and drying equipment setup usually begin on the same visit. Our crew returns to monitor readings until the structure is dry.
You get the records
Photos, moisture logs, and a list of removed materials, for your files and your insurance claim.
If this is an emergency
If anyone is in danger, for example from an electrical hazard, a gas smell, or a collapsing ceiling, get out of the area and call 911 or the utility first. Then call us. For first steps on specific problems, see:
- Standing water on floors
- A burst pipe or leaking ceiling
- Sewage coming up a drain
- A flooded basement or crawl space
- A roof leak during a storm
Non-emergency requests
Call for these as well: moisture checks after a past leak, crawl space inspections, musty odors, suspected mold, and questions about drying something that got wet a while ago. Property managers and business owners can call to discuss a specific building.

Questions about contacting us
Is there someone answering at night and on weekends?
Yes. The emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Can I call just to ask a question?
Yes. If you aren't sure whether something needs professional drying, call and describe it. We would rather tell you it's minor than have you find mold in a month.
I'm a tenant. Can I call?
You can call, and we can tell you what to do to limit the damage. The property owner or manager needs to authorize the work, so contact them right away as well.
Why is there no contact form?
Water damage is time-sensitive, and a form that sits unread for hours doesn't help you. A phone call gets you an answer and a plan immediately.
